2. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Photos you upload for AI garden design, AI plant scan, or AI plant health features. Photos are processed to generate your garden ideas and plant insights.
- Account information such as email address (when you sign up) and authentication data managed by Firebase.
- Subscription and purchase data processed by RevenueCat and the app stores.
- Usage analytics such as screens viewed, taps, and performance data, processed by Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
- Device information such as device model, operating system, language, and app version.
- Approximate location, when you allow it, used for season and region-based plant recommendations.
3. How we use your information
- To generate AI garden design ideas and plant insights you ask for.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App and the website.
- To process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- To show relevant advertising, measure marketing performance, and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests and provide customer service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-party services we use
FlorAI relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver core features. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies:
- RevenueCat — subscription management and receipt validation. Privacy

- Google AdMob — in-app advertising and ad performance. Privacy

- Fal.ai — additional AI inference for garden design and image features. Privacy

5. AI processing of photos
When you upload a photo for AI garden design, AI plant scan, or AI plant health, the photo is sent to our AI providers (such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai) for processing. We do not use your photos to train models without your consent, and we instruct our providers to process them only to return your results.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
On our website we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and marketing measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings. App analytics use device identifiers as permitted by iOS and Android.
7. Advertising
The App may display advertising through Google AdMob. Where required by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, we will request your consent before tracking you across other companies’ apps and websites.
8. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside of where you live, including the United States, the European Union, and Hong Kong. We use standard safeguards required by applicable law.
10. Your rights

11. Children’s privacy
FlorAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
